Curry + Curry: Panang curry

+ Curry paste ingredients:.

The dried granules. Carved out the seeds in water to soften the 5 seed.

1 teaspoon salt.

1 teaspoon lemon grass alley.

Cut the ½ tablespoon lime skin.

the coriander root, chopped 1 tsp.

10 cloves garlic alley.

1 teaspoon shrimp paste.


How to make curry paste +:.

1. Pound dried salt together thoroughly with the galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime, coriander root pounded to a surface profile.

2. Add garlic and shallots to the pound. Add pepper and shrimp paste. Pound them up.
